Gerald Vasey –
My fault, I closed the boot on two rods, but swapped over the broken section and for $30 is a steal. My other rod is $180 and they said 3-6 months 🙁

It is great to deal with people that care about their customers – and bend over backwards to help find the piece of a old (BUT BEST ROD) rod that was purchased a number of years ago. Thank you for the extra piece.

Immediate, as in I walked in, its replaced on the spot and I can get straight back out fishing again. Why every company doesnt offer this service is beyond me.
