Simple! If you are disappointed with anything to do with the performance of a Stalker branded product, return it to us at;

and we will gladly repair it, replace it, or swap it, whatever it needs to make it perfect for your needs.
If you choose not to exchange your Stalker product, just return the it unused, in brand new, and re-sellable condition, within 7 days of buying it and we will refund 100% of the purchase price, excluding any freight components. Â
That’s how confident you can be, because that’s how confident we are. You have nothing to lose, guaranteed.
For all other brands in the store, you can choose to return a product within 7 days, unused and in brand new sellable condition with all original tags, and we will give you a store credit to put towards any other gear or guiding that we can offer, excluding freight components of the sale
Online Orders
Online orders where incorrect size product was purchased, it can be exchanged for a different size or a voucher/credit towards any other product, a shipping fee will apply for ALL packages;
$10 flat rate for small items under 1kg
$15 for items up to 3kg
$25 flate rate for Boots, Waders, Big bags etc..(If shipping and packaging costs come under this price, we will only charge what it costs us!)

I recently ordered and received a pair of Stalker flats wading boots size 12. They are just over half a size too big. I will be returning them and could you replace them with a size 11 please
