Stalker High Country Breathable Wading Jacket

For serious fishers!

We had a great base to start with when we set out to improve on our Back Country wading jacket.There was already waterproofness, windproof, pockets, zingers, cuffs, and awesome value and got to wonder how we could make a newer model any better!

Well, we started with the material, and settled on using the same as our High Country Waders 3 layer breathable material… We just thought if its ok to be completely immersed for hours on end, its going to do just fine as a wading jacket. In fact the waterproofness is pretty much one of the strongest available at 10,000mm, and lets not forget the breathability of the material, a staggering 8,000g /m2 over a 24 hour period.Then we wanted it to be lightweight, not only for travel, but for hiking up winding rivers for miles at a time. So we eliminated any unnecessary linings.We wanted all the pockets to have water resistant zips to keep everything stashed in there completely dry.We still wanted some nice outside pockets and a couple of zingers to allow us to essentially use it as a vest on the water, and once you add the net release D Ring on the back, your pretty much self-sufficient from the outside.Then the adjustable neo wrist tabs to stop water rolling down your sleeves, an adjustable hood that can also be rolled up, hand warmer pockets and packs away in a carry bag and you know you’ve got pretty much the best wading jacket a fisher could own.
