Contact Cement is a black cement used to repair seams on wetsuits. It is an elastic fast drying adhesive perfect for on the spot repairs. It is a permanent repair but can be removed in the future if necessary. The Contact Cement can fix holes or tears and is waterproof. 

Clean the damaged area before application and apply seal cement to both sides of the seam. Wait 5 minutes, ensure seam is pinched to reduce glue area. Once dry, apply another coat on both sides and wait to dry.
